Rosalind Freeborn began her career as a book publicist with publishers such as Hutchinson and Hodder & Stoughton. She moved into general arts promotion, handling the marketing for the London Philharmonic Orchestra and, until recently, promoted leading arts and design events such as the launch of the Museum of Everything and the annual London Design Festival. However, her other life as an artist and her particular love of portraiture marks her out as a great cultural Insider, blessed with wonderful insight into the making and understanding of portraits from all periods of history.
An Experience with Rosalind will offer an alternative perspective on London’s art museums; apart from taking in the National Portrait Gallery and other mainstream galleries she specialises in an exploration of some of London’s often overlooked outposts. While portraiture is the real focus, time spent with Rosalind is as much an exploration of London's hidden creative gems.Explore: #SideStoryRosalind
