Food editor Chloe Callow

Immersed in London's burgeoning food and drink world, Chloe Callow has her fingers in any number of pies (if you'll forgive the pun). Manager of Bespoke Water, and a regular writer for Time Out and Evening Standard, Chloe was also part of the launch team at Caffeine Magazine. Having risen to associate editor in 2014, she now writes for London's Best Coffee, while maintaining her own blog.

As you might expect, she loves dining out in the capital, although she prefers to do it alone. "Solo dining is an excellent way to have new experiences," she explains. "It's a great way to meet people and to learn – and I do adore learning."
